Surrender?

Okay...two things appeared in my email today (unannounced).

First, was an email from a Jim McElwee outlining the 10 Manifestation Steps:

10 Manifestation
Steps

"You create your own universe as you go along" Winston Churchill
"All that we are is a result of what we have thought" - Buddha
"What this power is, I cannot say. All I know is that it exists." Alexander Graham Bell
"Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions." Albert Einstein
"Whatever the mind of man can conceive, it can achieve" W. Clement Stone

I have comprised a list of 10 Manifestation Steps that will help you make the most from your Manifestation sessions.

1. Relax your mind, body, and soul. You should be totally relaxed and allow positive energy engulf your entire being.
2. Let your mind blockages go, and open your spiritual mind.
3. Once you reached an Altered Conscious State, it's time to Manifest.
4. Picture yourself extremely happy and satisfied where you are feeling content.
5. Imaging that you have already accomplished your goal.
6. Focus on the good feelings of reaching your dream.
7. Use only positive words and thoughts. Do not use any negative words whatsoever.
8. Linger on the good feelings, and imagine that it is really happening.
9. Speak the words and vocalize how you achieved your success.
10. Believe you already conquered your goals with all your heart.

Second, was an email from my mom forwarding a free video of Joe Vitale.
Here is the link for how to get the video:

This is what I got out of those two emails:
1. Do the ten manifestation tips - twice daily (that's it)
2. Then surrender to something greater (you'll understand when you watch the video)

Interesting to note: I awoke today feeling like I have a tremendous amount of power boiling inside of me waiting to be unleashed. Perhaps all I need to do is surrender to it.

And so it begins!

I'mmmm baccccckkkk! I've been hard at work at putting together my game plan and already I am pissing somebody or something off (more on that later).

This is my game plan so far:
I started out with implementing Psych-K statements (4 in total) in regards to my guardian angel
2x a day (5mins) visualize
Read & meditate on Mike Dooley daily notes
Read & meditate on Neale Donald Walsh daily notes
Act as if it I could see my guardian angel at my side
Try and astral project daily
Be clear that nothing you seek is real

Make sense? Do you think I should add anything else.

Alright, this is the part where I might have pissed something off. I was innocently trying to astral project when, my boby finally started to separate. I was having a harder time than usual...I had my arms out but, my head and body would only come half way out (I was stuck in a half sit up position). When I was finally able to get out of bed some, dark green tentacle/rope like thing grabbed my neck (strangling me) and started to pull me back into bed. WTF? I yelled at it to Release me and it did! Tooners = 1; Green Tentacle thingy = 0. By that time I used up all my concentration and ended back in my body.

What was that thing? Perhaps me meddling in otherworldly things has brought some unwanted attention.

I will end my posting with an excerpt from Neale Donald Walsh's "Happier Than God" book. I thought it was fitting for the situation.

4. Be clear that nothing you see is real

We live in a world of illusion. You will understand your true relationship with everyting around you when you think of yourself as a magician observing his own tricks. Have the fun that a good magician has, but don't forget for a moment that it is all an illusion. More important, don't forget that it is you who are creating the illusion. Endeavor, therefore, not to get lost in it.

What I am saying here is to stay above the fray by noticing that you are creating your experience of all of it. Exterior circumstances may present themselves in a wide variety of ways, but the way that you respond and react to them is entirely under your control . The moment that you choose your response, and do so freely and in full awareness, is the moment that you recreate yourself anew. This is the power moment. This is the Time of Magic. This is the Intentioned Instant, in which what you choose to become reveals itself in your experienced reality. This is when you decide about yourself, and you see yourself being what you have decided to be, sequentaneously.

I'm coming for you angels!

Well...seeing that I only have one follower right now, I decided to do the smart thing and pick my own first quest into the unknown...ohhh scary! Picking the first quest is a big deal, I mean I have to be committed to this quest for the next month or two. Patience and commitment are not my virtues. Hmmm...what shall it be?

How about guardian angels?! Everybody loves angels (well, maybe not demons)...right? How about if I try to attract my guardian angel so, that I can see, touch, and hear them. Here's the catch...I don't want to have to go meditate and communicate thru whatever I hear in my head or write down (everybody does that). I want my angel to come to me in the flesh so, that I can see it with my own two eyes, hear it with my own two ears, and touch it with my own two hands. An impossible task? Perhaps so but, if the Laws of Attraction is what its cracked up to be than some pretty nifty things could happen. It doesn't hurt to try.

Who knows I might have a naughty little angel who enjoys smacking people on their bums! Or we might turn into a crime fighting duo!

Now, I must ponder how to proceed with my attracting...any ideas? What principles should I start with, I think I will start with implementing Psych-K statements first (http://www.psych-k.com/).

I will work on my game plan and post it tomorrow.

Wish me luck,
Tooners

The Quest Begins

I've recently been pondering the depths of "The Law of Attraction". I've even conjured up a few fancy things for me. It's a pretty nifty law and allows for people to be in charge of their own fate and not sit in a pool of their own wallowing. But, how far can I go with it? There are thousands of books written about the subject illustrating how to apply the principles to attract certain wants and needs. Mostly people just want to attract wealth, love, happiness, new car, blah, blah, blah...which is all fine and dandy but, what about the people who want to attract more than that. What if you want to attract having a picnic with an ancient Irish Lord on the Cliffs of Mohr , meet a selkie before he dives back into the Ocean, have midnight tea with a real vampire, have cake with a werewolf, be a badass bounty hunter for the supernatural, play cards with a real God/Goddess, watch TV with your guardian angel? What then? Do the same Law of Attraction principles that you read about in books & seminars apply to these cases? Would it work?

You may think that I am completely off my rocker and I would have to agree but, if all these "Law of Attraction" people say that we are living a dream and we create our own dream...well, wouldn't it have to work? Isn't anything possible, if its just a dream?

I've decided to test out the theory and undertake a quest. I'm going to apply the Law of Attraction to attracting myths and monsters. Each month or two I will pick or you will help me pick a new myth to attract and I will record my experiences along the way. If the Law of Attraction is as powerful as we hear than I should be able to conjure up some pretty awesome stuff.

Are you in?
